Sick

Well, it snowed here in Chattanooga last Friday and even though we had a blast playing in it; I am now sick.

I have a terrible cold or sinus infection. It all started Tuesday with a sore throat and that quickly moved on to a stuffy nose. Now; my nose won't stop running and I have major head pressure with a headache and constant sneezing.

Needless to say; I won't be going into work today and will spend the day in bed. I've been in bed since 7:30 last night and got up long enough to get everyone up and I'm back in bed.

Hopefully this sickness won't last long as Saturday is Shane's birthday!!

Been a Long Time

I haven't been on here since 2008 and let me tell you; 2009 was a wild ride. I know my last entry said Shane was going to school to get his CDL license; well that never happened because we could never afford it; however, I can proudly say Shane is at Chatt. State now. He changed his mind about driving a truck and is now enrolled in the Computer Operations Program and he LOVES it!! It's a year program and once he is finished; he will be A+ Certified; which means he will be certified to do computer service and repair.

We had a great Christmas...hope everyone else did too. Here's our family Christmas photo.

We still haven't gotten pregnant but we are still trying and now on fertility pills. We skipped January and not sure if we will start the pills in February or just let mother nature take it's course. It's so stressful; but I know will be well worth it when it does happen.

Logan had a rough year last year at school; but seems to be really doing great this year. He also got hit by a car on his bike last summer too. That was crazy but he bounced right back.

Me? I finally quit Kingwood and just working the one job and as it's nice to not have to work 2 jobs 5 days a week; I get bored sometimes.

Anyway; I'm glad I'm back and hopefully someone will start reading my blog again. Happy 2010 Everyone!!
