I recently had 3 Ashton Drake Porcelien Baby Dolls to sell. I listed them on ebay and they didn't sell; so I posted them on nooga.com and chattanoogan.com. Someone emailed me about them and stated he would purchase them for $200. I agreed to sale to him. He sent me a check and I advised him I would not send the merchandise until the check cleared.
He got angry about this and said he would see me in court. I advised him to bring it on. No court would rule in his favor seeing as the check never cleared the bank.
So, Saturday morning when I checked my bank account, the check had been returned and my bank charged me $5 for the returned check.
To say the least, I'm glad I didn't mail him the dolls. I just don't understand how someone can be mean to people like that.
From now on; I won't sell anything unless it's on ebay. That way, I have a guarantee if someone tries to pull one over on me again.
