Will I Ever Stop Dieting?

I've been dieting for almost 2 years now and I am just stuck. And yes, the Holidays don't help. I'm just stuck at a point where I either stay the same or gain a couple of pounds, which I don't want to do. If I could just lose about 4 pounds would put me under a BIG mark in losing weight to my goal. I just can't seem to lose those dang 4 pounds. Once I do meet my long-term goal, will I stop dieting? I mean, I know I'll have to watch my weight, but do I have to stay on a diet for the rest of my life?

I've thought about taking diet pills along with dieting. I know diet pills aren't the best way to lose weight; but like I said, I'd like to get under this mark. I've taken diet pills before and they didn't affect my body to where I feel nervous all the time or make my mind race; however, you just never know what it is doing internally to your body.

N101 Nutrition has Weight Loss Herbs; which I think should be good for you. They have a 15-day Weight Loss Cleanse & Flush that sounds like something that may help me get rid of those pesky 4 pounds. I'm not an addictive person, except for food, so I'm not scared I'll get addictive to diet pills.

I go to Weight Watchers tonight, so we'll see how much damage Thanksgiving did to me. I think I'll be okay; but one never knows.

have you heard of Sonoma Diet? i think it is a very doable diet. it has 3 waves and on the first wave take 10 days and I tried it and it works. I lost more than 4 pounds in those 10 days. it focuses on whole wheat stuff and it is less strict than most diets.

I've never tried the Sonoma Diet; but I have heard of it. I'll research it on the Internet later on. Thanks for the suggestion.
